Setting up Call Center Email Reports
Click the dropdown menu next to the “Reports” button in the top-right corner of the Call Center Homepage.

Then select “Email Reports”. A window will open where you can choose the types of reports you want to receive and how frequently they are sent.

For more options, switch to the “Advanced tab”. From there, you can select additional statistics to include in the report and add up to five email addresses to receive the reports.

When you’re done customizing your report, click “Save”.
