New Voicemail Messages

The New Voicemail Messages panel on the SmartComm® User Portal Home Page, lists all of your new voicemails.

To listen to a voicemail, click on the “Play” button to the left of the callers extension or number.

On the far right of the voicemail bar, you’ll also see the available actions: Call to Play, Forward, Download, Transcription, Save, and Delete.
