Enabling Time Frames for a Phone Number
The Enable Time Frame Option will allow you to configure the phone number to route the call to different destinations throughout the day based off the time frame selected.
Click on the edit icon in the row of the phone number you would like to edit. This will open an “Edit” window.

Go to the “Enable Time Frames” box and make sure “Yes” is selected.

After selecting “Yes”, the “Select time frame for new rule and Timezone” drop downs appear.

Select a time frame from the drop down, then select the application and destination you would like the call routed to.
