Edit Phone Information

The Phones page lists all registered and unregistered devices on your account. The “green check” means that device is registered and fully functional for calls. The “red X” icon indicates an unregistered device. This could be due to a soft phone not being active/open or phone not being on.

The following device information is to the right of the status indicator:

-Name

-Device Type

-Registered IP Address

-MAC Address

-Line number

-Extension Number
