Creating an Auto Attendant Greeting

Click into the Auto Attendant you want to make a greeting for. You will see a section titled “Menu Prompt”.

Clicking on the pencil icon will open the “Manage Greetings” window. Here, you can choose from three different options to create a greeting:

Text-To-Speech: Enter text for it to be generated into speech.

Upload: Browse to select an MP3 pr WAV file on your computer that will be used as your greeting

Record: Record a new greeting using the extension you select. Enter the number you want to be called at and click “Call”. Answer the device and record your greeting.

You can then select a time frame for that message so it will only play during the selected time frame.
