Creating a Time Frame
To create a new time frame, first select which owner you would like to add the time frame to.
Note: “Hide Users Without Time Frames” will be automatically checked. To see every user, Call Queue and Auto Attendant, uncheck this box.
Then click “Add Time Frame”. A window as seen below will pop up.

Enter a name for your time frame and then select one of the following options: Always, Days of the Week, Specific Dates, Holidays or Custom.
Always
Select “Always” when you want the Time Frame to remain active at all times with no start or end date. This option is ideal for permanent routing rules or settings that should apply 24/7.
Days of the Week
Choose Days of the Week when you want to create a repeating weekly schedule, such as standard business hours. You can select specific days and assign start and end times for each, allowing the system to follow the same pattern every week.
Specific Dates: Use Specific Dates when you need a one-time schedule that applies only on certain days. This is helpful for planned closures, events, or exceptions that occur on exact dates rather than repeating weekly.
Holidays
Select Holidays to designate dates when the business is closed or following a different routing pattern due to observed holidays. These Time Frames ensure callers receive the correct holiday message or routing without disrupting your normal weeklyschedule.
Custom
Choose Custom when your schedule does not fit standard patterns and requires a mix of days, times, or date ranges. This option provides the flexibility to create more tailored routing scenarios to match unique operational needs.
