Create and Manage Greetings

Use the tools to the right of “Voicemail Greeting” to play the current greeting, download, or manage it.

Clicking the “Manage” button opens the Manage Greetings modal. This modal provides additional options to edit, delete and add new voicemail greetings.

Clicking the “Add Greeting” button will display the New Greeting section of the Manage Greetings modal. Your greeting can be made in 3 different ways.

With “Text-To-Speech”, you type out your greeting which gets generated into speech.

You can also “Upload” an MP3 or WAV file to use as your new voicemail greeting.

Lastly, you can “Record” your voicemail greeting using the phone at the extension you select. Enter the specific device you want to ring. Click “Call”. Answer the  device and record your greeting.
