Allowing/Blocking Contacts
You can allow or block calls within the Allow/Block modal found on the Answering Rules page. Click the “Allow/Block” button found above your list of answering rules, this will open the modal seen below.


Importing Contacts to your Allow/Block List
You can efficiently manage your Allow/Block lists by importing contacts via a CSV file. Clicking “Import” in the Allow/Block modal opens the file dialog shown below.

Click “Download Template”. Input your contact information on this CSV template.
Save the CSV file to your computer.
Click “Browse” and locate the CSV file on your computer.
Select the file and upload it to add the contacts from the CSV file to their corresponding lists.
