Adding Hold Music

To add hold music, first choose where you would like to add the music. Under the “Owner” header you will see your Domain, Users and Call Queues. Once you find the owner that you are looking for, click the pencil icon.

Then select the audio file. (Must be in .wav or .mp3 format). Name the hold music and click “Upload”.
