Adding an Introductory Greeting to a Queue

To the right of the “Add Music” box you can also add an Introductory Greeting, a message that will be played to every caller before they are connected with an agent.

Click “Add Introduction” and the “Add Intro Message” window will appear.

There are three ways to create a greeting for your queue:

Text-To-Speech: Enter the message or introduction and it will be generated into speech.

Upload: Browse to select an MP3 pr WAV file on your computer that will be used as your message or introduction.

Record: Record a message or introduction using the extension you select. Enter the number you want to be called at and click “Call”. Answer the device and record the message.
