Add Ring Groups
Adding a ring group lets you route incoming calls to multiple users or devices at the same time (or in a specific order) instead of a single phone.
To add a ring group, click the “Add Ring Group” button in the top-right corner of the Users page. A setup window will open, allowing you to assign a name, extension, department, and site for the ring group.

When you’ve finished entering the necessary information, click “Add Group”.
