Add Message/Introduction
While a customer is on hold, music can be briefly interrupted with a message, such as: “Your call is important to us. Please wait on the line and an agent will be with you shortly.” Messages can be used for advertising, updating wait time, and more.
To add a message or introduction click “Add Message” in the Messages block.

The message can be added in three different ways. Text-To-Speech, Upload and Record.

Text-To-Speech: Enter the message or introduction and it will be generated into speech.
Upload: Browse to select an MP3 pr WAV file on your computer that will be used as your message or introduction.
Record: Record a message or introduction using the extension you select. Enter the number you want to be called at and click “Call”. Answer the device and record the message.
