Installing a New Phone

To install a new phone, follow these steps.

1. If you need to connect a PC to the network through the phone, connect the computer’s Ethernet cable into the PC jack of the phone.

2. Connect a spare telephone Ethernet cable into the LAN or Network socket of the new phone and connect to your network jack.

3. The phone should now power up and retrieve its configuration from our server. While booting up, the phone will display Updating Configuration, PLEASE DO NOT UNPLUG THE PHONE.

4. Once the phone has fully powered up, you may test the phone to ensure it is working properly.
